Interloom is building automation software for enterprises that integrate AI agents as equal participants into the workforce. The platform abandons hard-coded workflows altogether and instead reverses the sequence, by first observing knowledge work in the wild and afterwards mining for naturally occurring overlap across knowledge work processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with Python.
• Passionate about python development.
• Deep understanding of Python internals, including memory management, garbage collection, and the Global Interpreter Lock (GIL).
• Proven experience with python frameworks like FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• Proven experience in setting up and maintaining testing frameworks (unit, integration, and performance testing) and ensuring code quality with tools like ruff and mypy.
• Effective communicator and collaborator, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams.
